Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch is completed and before production begins.
If cancellation is approved before the order ships, the full payment will be returned to the original payment method.
Orders already passed to the delivery carrier cannot be cancelled.

Returns
A return request must be made within 14 days after the customer receives the order.
Returned products must meet these conditions:

The product must be unused and remain in its original condition.
The return package must include all original packaging.
A valid purchase proof or order confirmation must be supplied.

Please contact customer support before arranging the return shipment. Return instructions must be provided first and followed correctly.
Customers will not pay more than one total shipping fee, including original shipping and return shipping when applicable.
Restocking charges will not be applied.

Refunds
Once the returned product has arrived and been inspected, we will send an email confirming that the return has been reviewed.
You will be notified whether the refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method, usually within several business days depending on the payment provider.

Delayed or Missing Refunds
If your refund has not appeared:

Review your bank account again.
Contact your credit card issuer, as the posting process may take additional time.
Contact your bank, since refund processing times may vary.

Return Shipping
After the return request is approved, instructions will be provided.
Returns due to personal reasons or customer-related issues may require the customer to cover return shipping.
For damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered items, return shipping costs will be covered.
