FAQ – Customer Order Guide
How to Place an Order
Choose the products you would like to buy and add them to your cart.
Continue through PayPal or the standard checkout page.
Enter your email address, full name, and shipping details.
Use the Discount field to apply your promo code if available.
Confirm the delivery address → provide payment details → select Complete Order.
After the purchase is completed, confirmation will show on screen and arrive by email. Support: service@myvveris.com
Incorrect or Missing Items
Contact customer support with the following:
Your order number
A clear photo under 1MB showing the issue
After confirmation, the correct product will be sent free of charge. Email: service@myvveris.com
Confirming Your Order
Your confirmation email contains your order number and purchase information. If you cannot locate it, please check your spam or junk folders.
Modifying an Order
Changes must be requested before 11:00 PM (PDT, GMT -7) on the order day. After this point, order processing may prevent modifications. Contact: service@myvveris.com
Cart Operations
Add items: Select available options → Add to Cart
View cart: Click the cart icon
Adjust quantity: Modify the Quantity field
Remove item: Click Remove

Payment Options
Visa, MasterCard, AmEx, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay.
PayPal Checkout
Select PayPal → sign in → confirm payment → return to the confirmation page.
Discount Codes
Enter your promo code → press Apply → the discount will appear in the order summary.
